Directions

From I-40, take exit 64 for Black Mountain (Route 9). Go north on Route 9 (turn left off the exit if you are coming from the west, turn right if you are coming from the east). Head through downtown Black Mountain, passing through a stoplight, over railroad tracks and through two more stoplights. Continue for about 1.5 miles to a stone archway that signals your entrance into Montreat. As you pass under the archway, the road changes to Assembly Drive. Continue for another mile, passing a baseball field on the right and the post office on the left. Turn right onto Lookout Rd. The parking lot for the shops is immediately on the right. We are located on the left, on the top floor of the Moore Center, overlooking Lake Susan.
